Puddle of mud

04/02/2013

You know that one place where you keep returning to. The buildings, the food and the people, everything about it just brings back fond memories when you were a kid. As for me, I always find myself wanting to go back to Melaka, my mum’s hometown. The scenery and landscape has changed a lot since, a lot of new shophouses being built at the place where I once played with my friends. It makes me sad but that’s how life is. My late grandma and grandpa, I do miss them a lot. I remembered spending time with them at the beach eating mee goreng mamak which at that time costs only around RM1.50-RM2.50. I remember at that time everyone remembers the name of every person living in that village. Life was pretty simple.

This is now. Pictures taken in Melaka, some in the town itself and some in front of Klebang Besar Beach, my puddle of mud.
