Sometimes, I have to stop and remind myself of the reason I fell in love with photography in the first place. It’s not about the competition and recognition, it’s not about how many followers or likes I got, it’s also not about following the latest trends.
It’s because moments like this make me feel the enormous and abundance of gratitude that I receive every minute. It makes me feel alive just seeing the connection and emotions pouring out. It’s pretty amazing that I get to freeze this beautiful moment of time between my mom and her 20th grandchild, ready for his bath in my mom’s kitchen sink. And the best part is I get to preserve it forever.
The truth is I am most happy when I have my camera with me. And I will never forget that.
