“Keep close to Nature’s heart…and break clear away, once in a while, and climb a mountain or spend a week in the woods. Wash your spirit clean.” – John Muir
While we didn’t get the chance to climb a mountain yet or spend a whole week in the woods, we still enjoyed our short get away from the city last month. The trip to Sungai Congkak Recreational Forest was unplanned and if you really know me, you will know that I love it when things go without any planning, so much better for me I guess!
I think when you plan too much and things didn’t go the way you want it and you’ll become stressful and everything is not fun anymore. For me, I’ll just go with the flow. Everything will fall perfectly in it’s place.
Now let’s see what Sarah Rypma’s beautiful 10 on 10 next!
Love these Min! What a beautiful place. And I definitely agree about planning
I couldn’t agree more, Min…when we lower our expectations and go with the flow, we are happier. These pictures make me happy knowing that they were unplanned. I love #8 especially. Gorgeous work!
I am touched and carried away, it is truly coming from your honest heart. I can feel the moment, it blends so well,nature-feeling-expression its all spontaneous. Trust me, you are the best in your own class.
I love how I can tell this was a real retreat for you. There’s a sense of calm in all of these images. <3 Love them.
Min, these are stunning. The way you captured your family has such a classic cinematic feel. Gorgeous as always!
Exquisite as always Min, every image a treat for the senses – I’m so glad to have found you via this wonderful group.
Love love love Min… I love that you captured this in such different perspectives. You’re awesome!!! ??
The question mark I think was the heart I tried to put.. weird! Lol
