Khaled has just recovered from Covid and HFMD so it’s just hanging around the house and playing pokemon all day long (since it’s school break for one week). Ayesha, my second daughter is also at home for her semester break before returning to campus life in November. Everything is pretty slow and easy these days, breathing in the fresh air, enjoying the beautiful sunlight in the morning and rain in the afternoon (the weather is pretty crazy nowadays!). The beautiful flowers are from my husband on my 48th birthday. So hopeful and excited to see what the future holds for me! Xx

Artifact motherhood is a collaboration of artists/mothers from around the world. Sharing stories of the joys and struggles of our journey. Our hopes and dreams for our children. With little nuggets of wisdom here and there. These are more than photographs with dates written on the back. These are the artifact we are leaving behind for children and the generations to come.

I could just soak these images in! So quiet and peaceful, like I can almost sense the silence in the air except for the clock ticking away. Hope Khaled is fully recovered and wish your daughter well in her university studies.
