Yeap, you read it right!! My daughter is expecting her first baby!! Here’s a love note to Baby SM.

I had to wait until your mother is over 6 months pregnant (banyak betul pantang-larang!) to tell everyone that I am going to be a grandma but it was worth the wait. Soon, I’ll get to cuddle you and kiss you on your soft little head InsyAllah.*
These were taken last year and not during MCO yer. She made the first announcement at a small gathering to celebrate my daughter’s birthday and we were so shocked and surprised to hear the announcement. Great grandfather and great-grandmother were also delighted to hear the wonderful news. You can see the emotions pouring out on everybody’s face. It’s been two years since they got married and truly it is a special gift to both of them. Alhamdulillah.
